ISE nutritional staff and PTA cordially invite grandparents or other special adults to have lunch with the students on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. We will be serving: Burger w/lettuce, tomato, pickles, baked beans, chicken salad w. croissant, chips, and apple wedges. The cost is $3.75 for an adult and $2.25 for a child (non student).
We need your help! We have several students who are dangerously allergic to certain substances. To make this day special for all, we ask that you refrain from bringing outside food. Some children are so highly sensitive that we have had reactions just from the opening of food containers. Also, we have some students who suffer from asthma and migraines which are affected by body lotions and perfumes. Please save that fabulous scent for another day. Thank you in advance for making this a wonderful day. The students are so proud when you visit!
Lunch times will be altered to accommodate the added meals. Every effort will be made to stay on schedule, but changes may occur due to the number of visitors. Please be patient with us as we try to make this a special day for everyone. The lunch schedule is as follows:
Kindergarten 10:35-11:15
First Grade 11:20-12:00
Second Grade 12:05-12:45
Third Grade 12:15-12:55
Fourth Grade 12:50-1:30
Fifth Grade 1:00-1:40
***Please note that guests will meet their child in the hallway prior to the scheduled lunch time. You will be notified when it is time to go inside. Lunch tickets will be purchased in front of the school. There will be available seating while you are waiting, and the Indian Springs Elementary Chorus will be performing.
