The Treasurer and President are the two signatories required for PTA checks that are written. The Treasurer receives and processes requests for reimbursements for PTA expenses and pays all PTA bills. The Treasurer creates a monthly statement of receipts and expenditures and makes a Treasurer’s report at each meeting.
